A CHEAP AND NEAT CAR
RENTALS PTY LTD / SUMMARY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sydney metropolitan area only see (map in our office). |
|

Sedans/wagons 100km per day free / 20 cents per km
thereafter. |
|
|
Utes 100km per day free / 20 cents per km thereafter. |
|
|
Utes half day hire = 4 hours - 50 Kms free / 20 cents per
km thereafter. |
|
|
Car must be returned by due date and time or late fee of
$5.50 per hour will apply or extra day charge, whichever
less. |
|
|
If vehicle is returned early or is not required for the
full rental term no refund will apply. |
|
|
We must be given notice if any extension in required. |
|
|
Office must be notified or any accidents immediately & the
claim form (located in black wallet) must be completed -
if after hours, emergency contact number 0418 675 400. |
|
|
The Driver whose licence details and signature appears on
the agreement, is responsible for the vehicle - damage,
infringements or excess payments. |
|
|
Any damage to vehicle is the customers responsibility and
at their cost |

Windscreen
damage, wheels & tyres, damaged panels, scratches &
interior damage |

|
|
Vehicles that
are returned in extremely unclean condition - e.g. stains
on upholstery, carpets, excessive mud under panels, will
incur a cleaning charge |

Drives
aged 24Yrs + = $1000 |
|
Drives
aged 22 - 24 Yrs + = $1300 |
|
|
Inexperienced drivers + = $1300
(licence for less then
2 years) |
|
Drives
aged under 22 Yrs + = $1500 |
|
|
|
Vehicles are not to be used for learner driving, driving
training or similar. |
|
|
Car must be returned with the same amount of petrol that
it left premises with or fuel charge/surcharge will apply |
|
|

Flat battery, locked keys in vehicle ect, please call NRMA
on 131111 & quote our membership number # 544459 and
